First Reading

I’ve just done my first blog reading with my VR – and I’m really happy with the results.

When I had and used many decks, I would always ask the cards a question before doing a 'proper' reading.

I asked the cards:

What will you give me?

What do you want in return?

How will our 'blogging' relationship be?


The cards I drew were:

The Chariot

The High Priestess

Six of Swords


I couldn’t ask for anything more that this, I don’t think. I’m really under-confident so here’s The Chariot with its speed and self-control to help and guide me along. I’ll need some of that!

The High Priestess’s message I believe to be twofold. I’m a spiritual person, as is she, so I’m assuming she’s saying to carry on as I am, but also to trust in my cards, feel the warmth there and step outside the box, with confidence.

The Six of Swords – Well, I’m certainly beginning a journey where I don’t know about the destination. Swords are my suit, although not the Six, but that doesn’t matter. Another reason they’re here is to kick me into touch and keep me down to earth.

So I’m going to have a journey where sometimes I’ll feel like I’m travelling at the speed of light during my studies, and other times I may wonder why things seem to be stagnant. Stay spiritual, but don’t stop questioning.
Seems like a decent recipe!
